This award recognizes individuals who embody the spirit of Infinite Diversity in Infinite Combinations (IDIC) through their actions and interactions with fellow members.
The Intrepid Community Service Award
Awarded to a member who demonstrates outstanding dedication to supporting the chapter community through participation, volunteerism, event support, or member assistance.
This recognition highlights those who help strengthen the USS Intrepid through consistent positive contributions behind the scenes.
The Starship Ambassador Award
Presented to a crew member who actively promotes the USS Intrepid and STARFLEET International through recruitment, outreach, collaboration, or public engagement.
Recipients of this award help expand the chapter’s presence and foster connections with the broader fandom community.
The Subspace Communications Award
Awarded to a member who excels in community engagement, discussion, social interaction, or helping maintain an active and welcoming online environment.
This may include Discord engagement, event hosting, conversation facilitation, or member support.
The Holodeck Excellence Award
Presented to a member who demonstrates exceptional involvement in gaming, virtual activities, watch parties, trivia events, or other online chapter entertainment initiatives.
This award celebrates members who help make the USS Intrepid an enjoyable and active online community.
The Warp Core Innovation Award
Awarded to a member whose creativity, ideas, or initiative significantly improve the chapter experience.
This may include event concepts, graphics, technical support, organizational improvements, creative writing, or new community programs.
The Captain’s Commendation
A special recognition awarded at the discretion of the Commanding Officer for exceptional service, leadership, dedication, or contributions benefiting the USS Intrepid.
This award may be presented for singular achievements or sustained excellence.
The Executive Officer’s Citation
Presented by the Executive Officer to recognize members who consistently assist with chapter operations, moderation, event coordination, or community support.
The Spirit of Intrepid Award
Awarded to a crew member who best exemplifies the values, culture, and mission of the USS Intrepid through positivity, friendship, collaboration, and encouragement of others.
This award represents one of the chapter’s highest internal honours.
The New Horizons Award
Presented to newer members who quickly become active, engaged, and positive contributors within the chapter community.
This award encourages and recognizes emerging involvement and enthusiasm.
The Prime Directive Award
Awarded to members who consistently demonstrate professionalism, fairness, maturity, and respectful conduct within the community.
This recognition highlights those who help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all crew members.
The Legacy of Exploration Award
Presented for long-term dedication and continued service to the USS Intrepid community.
This award recognizes sustained commitment, reliability, and ongoing participation over time.
Intrepid Founding Members Citation
The Intrepid Founding Members Citation is awarded to those crew members who joined and supported the USS Intrepid during its formative launch period, beginning with the chapter’s shakedown cruise and continuing through its official commissioning as a chapter of STARFLEET International.
This award recognizes the dedication, enthusiasm, trust, and community spirit demonstrated by the individuals who helped establish the foundation of the USS Intrepid during its earliest days of operation.
Recipients of this award are permanently recognized as Founding Members of the USS Intrepid and played an important role in helping shape the chapter’s identity, culture, and future.
Eligibility Period:
From the official launch of the USS Intrepid shakedown cruise through the date of formal commissioning.
